The Insulated SJ12 jacket from the well-known British manufacturer Snugpak provides its wearer with perfect protection even in the most demanding weather conditions. It uses sophisticated technologies and patented Snugpak materials, which together form a perfect whole. And what's more, it's made right in Great Britain.

Thermal comfort always and everywhere

The entire shell of the jacket is covered with sophisticated stitching, which guarantees that the inner insulating filling will still be evenly distributed over the entire surface. You can pull the long YKK zipper covered with an insulating layer almost under the nose, which in combination with the strong hood creates an effective shield against the cold.

Keep your body warm

Not only does the three-point pull-down of the hood ensure that body heat does not escape, but also the adjustable cord on the bottom hem. The slightly extended rear part is a guarantee that the cold does not reach your body even when leaning forward.

Pockets and other accessories

Two front insulated zipped pockets are used to store things or to warm your hands. A smaller chest pocket for small items can be found on the inside. The black, olive and camo versions of this model have a velcro panel on the left sleeve for ID marking. The jacket comes with a retractable transport bag.

Insulation taken from sleeping bags

The Snugpak Insulated SJ12 jacket uses the patented Softie Premier insulation originally developed by Snugpak for its sleeping bags. This insulation can retain heat even when wet, has very fine fibers and is very pleasant to the touch.

Paratex inside and out

The outer layer of the jacket is made of Paratex Micro material. It is an extremely durable fabric with a ripstop weave that is light, pleasant to the touch and highly windproof. It is also water-repellent and breathable, making it ideal for the outer shell of sleeping bags and clothing. Paratex Light fabric is used on the inside of the jacket, which is light, windproof and breathable and also wicks moisture away from the body.
