The buyer will deliver the goods in person or via parcel service at his own expense along with a copy of the invoice or tax document to the address of the Top-ArmyShop online shop, run by Safety Agency, s.r.o. Nádražní 21, Semily 51301
Pack the goods carefully before sending. The seller is not responsible for any damages during transport.
The buyer has the right to goods replacement only if the goods are in 100% condition and do not show any signs of use.
After receiving complete, undamaged goods including accessories and all of the above documents, the seller will replace the goods for the buyer according to their specifications.
The buyer is obliged to specify the type of goods and the size he wants to replace. (send anew). Please list your body dimensions to specify the new size. (chest, waist, weight)

If the customer requests the replacement of goods, depending on his or her new decision (different size or other type of goods), even after the original order has been properly processed in accordance with the customer's instructions, the customer shall bear the costs of the repeated delivery of the goods. In the event that the seller's fault has resulted in the sending of goods other than ordered by the customer, the postage shall be paid by the seller.
