Although your backpack may be rated as waterproof, prolonged rain takes its toll on even the best models. Therefore, it is advisable to protect the most important gear and equipment inside from moisture and potential destruction by water and otherwise. Dri-Sak is a waterproof bag designed for valuables, electronics, clothes, sleeping bag and other things that we need to protect.

Protection from damage

The waterproof Snugpak Dri-Sak can protect important gear from getting wet and/or damaged on our travels. The bag is made of light and high-quality nylon, and we definitely don't have to worry about moisture with it.

Blow-off valve

Classic bags usually have one weakness—sometimes it is a problem to get all the excess air out of them during packing. However, the Dri-Sak is equipped with a blow-off valve that solves this problem. Once we have packed things into it and closed the bag, we simply release the valve, squeeze out the excess air and close the valve again. This way we achieve maximum compression and minimum luggage size.

High volume, various usage scenarios

The Snugpak Dri-Sak bag offers a carrying capacity of 40 liters, so you can store even bulkier things in it. It is ideal, among other things, for separating wet clothes from dry or dirty from clean. You can also use it as a waterproof cover for smaller expedition backpacks. Empty and inflated, you can use it as a pillow and, in an emergency, even as a hydration bag to transport water.

Protects content

The contents inside the bag will be sufficiently protected even in the harshest weather thanks to the high-quality synthetic insulation. Water can hit the bag from any angle, it is 100% waterproof. In addition to water, the bag also protects from snow and even from sand, dust and other dirt.

Can't pack everything

Naturally, we can't pack everything in a waterproof Dri-Sak bag. Beware of sharp objects and things with a rough surface made of abrasive materials that could damage the bag from the inside. The bag must also not be submerged under water for a long time, after all, it cannot withstand absolutely everything.

For proper fit

Thanks to the fitted D-rings, you can connect two Dri-Sak bags together or secure the bag inside the backpack against movement. We pack things in the bag by rolling up the reinforced edge of the bag at least three times after putting them inside, then securing it with a quick release, using the valve to squeeze out as much excess air as possible and finally closing the valve.
